We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number (contact / quote form)
• Message content: subject and description of your project or request
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (only after consent to analytics cookies)
• Contractual data: billing and intervention address, once you become a client

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Reply to your contact and quote requests (basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - pre-contractual measures)
• Perform the HVAC service contract (basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations (basis: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
• Measure site audience and improve performance (basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent)
• Send marketing communications if you have consented (basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

We keep your data only for as long as strictly necessary:

• Contact / quote requests not converted: 3 years from last contact
• Client data (contracts, invoices): 7 years after the end of the relationship, in accordance with Belgian accounting rules
• Audience data: maximum 13 months (CNIL / APD-GBA recommendation)
• Cookies: variable duration (see cookie policy)

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:

• Authorised members of the Climapro team
• Our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, audience measurement), bound by a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR)
• Public authorities when required by law

The main processors used on this site are:

• EmailJS (contact form delivery) - United States, framed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework
• Google Analytics (audience measurement, only with your consent) - United States
• Google Maps (embedded map) - United States

Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are framed by the appropriate safeguards under articles 44-49 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (art. 32 GDPR) to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, regular backups, staff training, access logs.
